How to Receive CE Credit from IVECCS 2023

IVECCS 2023 is approved by the American Association of Veterinary State Boards (AAVSB) through the Registry of Approved Continuing Education (RACE). RACE is a program established by AAVSB that develops and applies uniform standards for veterinary medicine continuing education. By ensuring all RACE-approved continuing education programs meet appropriate standards of quality, you are assured that participating in a RACE-approved course will help you meet your license and credential continuing education requirements. AAVSB utilizes RACEtrack, where your IVECCS CE credits will be reported after IVECCS, along with any other RACE approved programs.

CE credits earned at IVECCS will be reported in two separate CE categories, live and on-demand. Attendees will receive a CE certificate for both live and on-demand CE hours earned. CE certificates will include total CE hours earned and a list of sessions attended. To keep track of individual session attendance login to the IVECCS CE Tracker using your registration email and confirmation number or use this CE Log or find it in the back of the Final Program.

In-person CE at IVECCS:

To receive CE Credit, in-person attendees are responsible for scanning themselves into each session using the QR code on their badge. Scanning kiosks and a volunteer will be stationed outside of each room, so attendees are responsible for scanning their badge as they enter each session room. Session scanning will begin 15 minutes before the session start time and will end 30 minutes after the session has begun. Attendees will not be able to receive CE credit for concurrent sessions or session scans received outside of the scanning window. For workshops and labs, attendee’s registration will be verified to allow entry. A wristband may be required for entry to some sessions. Please visit the CE desk located on level 1 between Adams and Cottonwood for any questions or concerns. The CE Desk hours are below. No change requests to in-person CE credits will be accepted after Monday, September 11th at 11am MT. To view earned CE credits, login to the IVECCS CE Tracker using the email and confirmation number associated with the registration.
